Called on March 22,2022 at around 9:20AM After being on hold for about 15 minutes some lady answered, I asked her name and she seemed annoyed, "Ann... what can I do for you?" I started to collect my thoughts, since I was going between Medicare and Social Security, right away I hear a buzy signal. I Don't know if she hung up on me or the call just got dropped, but based on her poor phone etiquette I would say she hung up on me. If its true they minitor the calls they should listen to the call!
