Today I went in the Holden urgent care as a new patient around 8:50pm, due to the sore throat and coughing. 😷 I has never write a review for any urgent care but I am writing one now due their excellent service. I was checked in by the friendly staffs at the front desk quickly. I was a walk-in and luckily there was no wait for me. I was able to see the nurse (she is so nice and professional) and she performed the PCR Covid and flu tests and got the results within 20 mins. Then I was able to see the doctor and got out of the urgent care with my drug prescription in less than an hour (at 9:35)! Thank you Holden Uregent Care!

Just got back from taking my five year old son in for a suspected sinus infection (2018). This was our first time and I was impressed with how clean and professional the office was. They provided face masks if you had a cough to protect others, tissues, and hand sanitizer -- out and accessible. This might seem an odd thing to praise, but I have been to plenty of medical offices where you can't get a tissue without asking at the desk to fetch one. It was a little busy, but we were seen within a half hour. Everyone was friendly and courteous and engaged well with the kids. Intake was efficient and the gentleman explained what he was doing to my son when examining him. A transcriber took doctor's notes. The doctor was friendly and made note of my observations, what we were doing to manage the symptoms of the illness sweeping through our house this week, and why I suspected my son had a sinus infection (or at least something wasn't right). I am pleased there is a reliable place nearby with excellent service.

I'm just trying to schedule a vaccine for my daughter. That was the stupidest, most utterly redundant registration process I've ever had to endure. Hire a new medical record service provider. Good lord. How many stinking times should I have to enter and verify the SAME INFORMATION, guys? Do your programmers just not understand how online forms work? "Here, give us a copy of your insurance card. We'll make sure our photo upload app is actually too small to take the whole picture." "Thanks, now hand-type all of that information, because our software is too stupid to read it from the image!". How many millions of dollars did you spend on that, huh?

Depending on your specific health insurance plan, there may be a set co-payment due at time of service or potentially a co-insurance percentage amount which will be later determined by our patient accounts department after submitting a claim to your insurance carrier and you will be billed. This does not included any deductibles established under your particular plan for services provided, included diagnostics such as lab or x-ray. We are contracted with the majority of payers as an Urgent Care Facility if that help you when looking at your card or schedule of benefits. Our staff is knowledgeable and can provide specific information if you visit our facility or give us a call and we can help you over the phone.
The waiting room was about 1/2 full when I arrived and I only waited 20 minutes!!
