The waiting room was about 1/2 full when I arrived and I only waited 20 minutes!!
I waited an hour and finally left without being seen. When I inquired when I first walked in, I was told they " don't give wait times, but it shouldn't be too bad." Wait times vary from day to day from time to time. I have been there before when it hasn't taken long. After my last disappointing appointment, i now only go to Redimed on Shrewsbury Street in Worcester. You check in and they give you approximate wait times. Your number is up on a rolling screen so you always know how many people are in front of you at any given time.
