I’ve been coming here since 2001. Throughout the years I’ve also had two other children that are seen here as well. A lot has changed over the years. The receptionist are rude (Kelly) and do not care about the patients. I’ve called several times for the results of my child’s lab results and not one person has called to get them nor have they called me back. I had to get the results myself and look up what the results mean. I am looking for another physician for my children. It’s a shame that I’ve been going here with my children since 2001 and now I have to find another physician who actually cares for their patients.

I have been going to this practice for 14 yrs and the PA’s there are wonderful! Michelle Welch treats my daughters like her own and I trust her with their care implicitly! She’s the reason we have stayed all these years! We also adore Tina and Laci there are so kind and caring!

I’ve had my good share of wonderful doctors and NP’s with the exception of very few specific ones. Stella though at the front desk always goes above an beyond when helping with any questions whether it be with prescriptions, lab results or simple paperwork. She’s helped my family and I numerous times and shows she truly cares about our concerns. She’s patient overall which I think some others at the front desk lack. When ever she answers the phone I know I will end up helped efficiently and with kindness.
