Staff show good customer service and they did change my rear brake light rotors and brakes, they didn’t change oil, oil filter or top off fluids, the oil was still the same amount as when I brought my vehicle and the oil filter was still dirty, so I had to leave my car with them to complete things and ask for the manger Sean, he said he saw the oil change happen, I received recommendations to things needed and my car is making unusual sounds when I brake now and I would not recommend anyone leaving the car there unattended…

They sold me a new tire, and it lasted 1 week. Totally blown and worthless now. They will not replace it. I won’t be returning.

Sean working the front desk is the man. He knows hai stuff and will be real with you. Got me a new tire and back out pretty quick even though it was Sunday. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend if you need some quick service in the Hermitage area.

Went to this location to get new tires and an alignment. While I was there I explained that I would like their a/c tech check my lines because I felt I had a leak or needed a freon flush. I got a call next day stating tires and alignment was complete which I was super happy about. However, the a/c tech said my blower and compressor were going bad and not engaging and the replacement would be 1900$. I told them not to worry about it. I took my vehicle to fitz it auto for another opinion. Next day it was fixed with an A/c flush and I’ve had super cold A/c all summer. Glad I went with my gut, super shady.
