Ordered online curbside. Received text stating they see my vehicle and will be out soon. Waited 20 minutes and went in. Waitress mentioned that they didn’t see me. Big blue jeep in window. Only vehicle!! How did you not see me? Food was on a table for Uber eats pick up and was cold.

Over priced! Was $45.00 plus tip for only 2 people eating Breakfast. Also there were only three tables being served at the time, but the servers were in slow motion. Food was OK. Definitely not worth $45.00 for Breakfast and a cup of coffee for two. Then after paying the bill my server took at least 10 minutes before returning my debit card and only after asking about it.

I regret to say that this IHOP totally let me down. The pancakes were definitely not hot, light and fluffy.. quite the opposite. They were cold stiff and the butter would barely melt. Also, all good memories of IHOP for me, included the choice of at least, four different types of syrup. I can stay home for Maple. I won't be going back. As a matter of fact, I don't know if I'm going to go back to another IHOP if they only have one choice of syrup! Sad days
