Place is very pretty but the staff is VERY rude. If you didn’t know the rules of wearing shoes in the common area (aka parking garage), not throwing a ball in the pool, or having a drink. They could just tell you. Instead they are very rude to you. It seems they enjoy scolding you about it. There’s one white lady who sits by the pool just yelling at members. Do better :)

I am giving 3 stars simply bc of how clean and spacious the condo was. We just rented for the week at Ocean Vistas and although our condo was gorgeous, spacious and VERY CLEAN. We will never stay here again. IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO STAY. The rules are ridiculous. Parking is a pain!!!! A condo that sleeps 8 should have more than one space to park. The security is very strict. Children cant play in the pool without getting in trouble. They need to realize people go on vacation to relax not to have a ton of strict rules to abide by. I can understand wanting to have rules in place to keep the place nice and clean but the security and maintenance there are so rude and hateful about the most petty things. When you pay this much for a condo you are going to take care of it and use common sense. My 16 year old son got in trouble and was made to put his shirt on to walk 2 feet inside to elevator after getting out the pool. Thats a little extreme to me. He wasn’t wet and also had a towel over his shoulder. We heard so many people talking at the pool about the rules and not renting there anymore. It seems everyone had a similar experience. When we arrived Mary gave me a tour of the place. She was amazing and even helped us when the fridge wouldn’t cool. She gave us restaurant recommendations and tried to help with the parking situation. We LOVE Daytona beach and after spending the last 4 years in Destin we thought it would be great to come back to Daytona. This condo was one the nicest we have stayed in but he rules at the condominium are just ridiculous. We will be back to Daytona but not here.
