Visited a friend.Across Street from the ocean but have ocean views from her balcony nice pool hot tub workout room and banquet room nice and clean and the people are friendly

This is true I found mine on line with a realtor But office should have a list of owners who rent out. But this needs to be approved by office good luck. I loved living there Great staff well kept

Hi Katie. Vantage Pointe is a condominium community. If you were an owner, your monthly cost would be your mortgage payment plus the monthly association fee plus utilities. If you rented a unit from an owner it would be the rent and fees in your rental agreement.
