These people have highly unethical and what appears to be brazenly illegal business practices. If you have any moral code whatsoever, you will want to avoid this place at all costs. Edited for owners response. You are misrepresenting the problem here. My problem is that you altered my rental agreement without notification.

Looked up on google RV/Truck wash near me. Upon arrival the managers treated us like we were criminals it was a very awkward situation all because we pulled up and we’re asking about the wash. We drove all that way and we’re greeted with a not so friendly vibe and the repeat “wash is only for storage customers”. If that’s the case then how come when I made my search on google this place is even brought up. We will not be returning even if we need to store.

This facility is top-notch. You can tell from your first visit. The managers, Alex and Michael, are really friendly, run the operation from a lovely, well-organized office that fronts their home (they live onsite, as does another employee, and a third employee lives very close). From the office windows you can see the solid keycode-entry gate and the tall fencing topped with concertina wire that goes around the whole place. They request that everyone stop inside the gate to wait for it to close completely behind them before proceeding ... lots of things like this that make you feel your rig will be safe in there. They accommodated us so well, found us just the space we wanted (their covered storage is nicely designed). There is a dump station and an RV wash onsite, the place is REALLY clean. You can see how much they care. We highly recommend it.

We’ve had a space here since 2010. Have always had a great experience with the on-site management. Grounds always well cared for, and the addition of the RV wash facility is such a blessing. We wouldn’t be anywhere else!
