Prices on this facility go up every 3 months lately... so, be prepared to pay a higher monthly rent every 3 months...

Security is great, Ive never had my unit tampered with. The cost of the unit is very good compared to other storage providers in the area. Have always had good customer service from them.

Tammy, as a person seemed very nice. However, the manager called BEFORE we took possession (had put money down, but did not have the key card to have access to the unit) and said they would not honor the discount that was clearly advertised on their website (and which Tammy had verbally agreed). Because of the manager's less than stellar business dealings; we discussed and decided we had better not do business with this company. So, BEFORE taking full possession (scheduled for 6/9/17), I called to cancel the reservation. We have been told twice that our money will not be refunded and that the manager would call. We have not received a call. I would not recommend Federal Heights Storage because they don't necessarily honor their advertised discounts and they refuse to do refunds when reservations are cancelled. UPDATE: THE MANAGER DID REACH OUT A WEEK LATER. SHE MADE APPROPRIATE APOLOGIES AND SAID A REFUND WOULD BE ARRANGED. WHEN WE MET FACE TO FACE, SHE WAS VERY FRIENDLY ASND GRACIOUS.
