Went in with my two grandsons.. they do not have shopping carts to put car seats on or in . Had to carry an 9 week old and walk with a 4 year old while trying to look for sizes . Epic failure on their part. Guess I need to leave the kids home to shop at this store

made a purchase online its been over 2 weeks and still don't have it. I contacted them and they refunded me my money because that said it was lost. Than I got a email saying its on the way. So I reached back out asking what they meant and she told me it was never lost just delayed and you will get charged when you get the items when you get them. Like that's real nice customer service skill's I will never shop with this company every again.

Horrible experience. Rushed to the store after work 8 months pregnant no mom to be parking had to park way out get up to the door to be told they are closed but the doors are unlocked and people where shopping. Guy tells me they had to cut their hrs short. I'm trying to be understanding but it's so frustrating 😫

Employees sanitize their hands after each customer interaction and wear a mask during the entire process of fulfilling your order. When the associate brings your order to your car, they will place your order in the trunk or backseat to comply with social distancing.
