For a year now, this property owner has neglected to fix their damaged sprinkler system. Spilling/wasting water over the sidewalk and into the street. We live in a desert and they can't be bothered to take 15 minutes to replace a sprinkler head.

Jan at the facility was amazing in helping me setup my corporate storage space, happy I chose a place that has people this awesome. EDIT: Jan may have been amazing, but that's because the training she received hadn't prepared her for the questions I had. I needed 24/7 access here, both the call center help desk and the onsite personnel advised this would be no problem, less than a week later and I get a call advising that wasn't actually the case, and for some reason the woman who called focused hardcore on my companies requirement for UPS deliveries. Not taking the time to listen to the fact that that was now a secondary issue. My company does business with this storage company on a regular basis. EDIT: called in this morning and spoke with the manager who was able to clear things up as someone who didn't have all the info had called me. Was reassured I had everything I need. It's been a roller coaster but Jan's initial contact as well as the help desk rep I spoke with did get me in.

Super clean location and the height of the storage unit was shockingly tall. I would guess 12-15 feet. I don’t know the exact height but I plan to get some shelves and a ladder to put that space to use in the future. Check-in was easy and the man behind the counter was a real professional. Loading dock area was easy to use and there were plenty of carts. I’ve been told the location can get super busy but I was there Saturday afternoon and had no problems. You need a disc lock for your unit and the guy behind the counter will tell you there price is a little high so if you want to save $2-3 buy one beforehand.
