I had the most amazing experience there. The staff was so friendly, they even offered me lunch because I was going to be there all day. Gene was outstanding and super helpful. He even offered to let me come as much as I would like for help figuring out all the new features. I would highly recommend this dealership!!!

Service Department is horrible. If you can take your vehicle elsewhere please do. The service department receptionist is very rude.

The Service Department is a complete joke. Literally the worst Customer Service I have ever received in my life. I had to take my vehicle in about 3 time now and each team the Service Department has been terrible - No one answers half the time, Have to call multiple times to make an appointment, leave voicemails and no one calls back, etc.. My most recent experience: My Tail Light seems to have a leak and stops working whenever it rains. On May 18th I called the Service Department. I informed them of the issue and stated the tail light will need to be replaced. I asked them if they had a replacement in stock or if it needs to be ordered. They stated they are not sure and I need to bring it in. -- How are you not sure if you have my VIN, year, make and model. I live an hour away.. On May 24th I go for my Appt, drive one hour and I spend literally FIVE Minutes at the dealership for them to tell my taillight needs to be replaced and they need to order it. I was told it will take 3 business days for the part to come in and will call me when it does. I called back on May 31st, was told they will check with the Parts Department and call me right back. Did not get a call back. Called on June 2nd and was told it will take 2-3 weeks for the part to come in. Did not hear anything so I called on July 12th and was told they will check with the parts department and call me right back. Here it is July 17th now and still did not get a call back... It’s been almost TWO MONTHS and still without a taillight and no information from the Service Dept. If you need to take a Land Rover for service, I would highly recommend you DO NOT take it here. Funny thing is I’m looking through the reviews and see the same issues with other customers and nothing has changed years later. Nothing will ever change at this dealership it seems like.
