Erroneous billing for past year with no resolution in sight after I’ve contacted them via phone and email over 40 times. Claim they support mental health, but truly they have detracted from it by their lack of attention to detail, follow-up, or accurate billing. They cancelled my account prior to the requested date so I could not hold my final session with my therapist. Steer clear.
