Clean... I came in to get my gate code after purchasing the unit online 5 days prior. The guy at the front was pretty rude but I get it i came in 20 minutes before the office closed. Still it was fast i didnt need anything special but on a karma note he had to go to the unit and take off the lock so i could put mine on. So... Its not nice to be so rude and abrupt when your work hours are stated on the door and all you were doing was chilling in the bay talking to someone. One more thing that is kinda disturbing was when i went to drop off some things the next day there were 2 units with the doors kicked in and broken... Otherwise its quiet and very clean.

I would give Arianna at Storquest a 10/10. Her customer service skills and knowledge of the interworking of the company at stellar. Always readily available to help and runs the property as if it were her own business. Can you ask for anyone better? I think not!

Super friendly staff and fair rates. My only issue is with their access hours. I wish they were open a little later, and they need to change their gate access. I got stuck inside the parking garage because they decline you from leaving if you try to leave after access hours. I typed in my code at 10:01 and I got locked in. I had to call their helpline, sit on hold for 10 minutes, just to get a temporary access code to LEAVE. Not the worst issue, but it would've been helpful to learn before I got locked in.
