This place Isa joke I ordered 5 of the new $5 southwest bacon whopper Jr meals as advertised on TV... I ended up paying $43 which is alot more then it should of been (but I upgraded 3 if them to LG drinks) got no chicken nuggets so went back thru the drive thru explained to the lady what happened after argue n with the lady she had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to pay for them separately because I didn't pay for them.. it should of been $25 + tax and 3 drink upgrades . I paid $43. What do thy mean I didn't pay for them!!! They would not give me them...I will never go there again.. I would give them 0 stars but had to give 1 to post this.

We ordered in the drive-thru and usually our experience is good. Seldom do we have to wait very long in line and the staff has always been nice. The manager tonight was great. He allowed us to add an order of jalapeño bites after paying for our food which we've been told before we'd have to drive around and order again so we appreciated that. But the reason for the low rating is due to the mozzarella sticks. I'm pretty sure they were overcooked. And they were not edible at all. Very hard, dry and the cheese was hard. The bacon king always lives up to its name because one of those burgers is a full meal.

Majorly under staffed. Wait was frustrating. BUT.. the 3 ladies working were doing there absolute best. And the food was hot and VERY presentable especially for fast food. The stars are for the 3 ladies the missing star is on you burger king for not staffing correct.

I go to this Burger King quite often as a truck driver and it is a great fast food spot! Always clean, the service is great and the food is always good as expected- I feel I get the best value of food for my money! Definitely would recommend to other drivers
