It is inside a large building with huge doors. Keeping it sealed and warm is a challenge and they work hard at it. But dress warm w/jackets, you can always take them off if you are too hot. Depending on the size of the crowd too, it may be just right inside, but cold and damp as you leave. It is right at the water.
