Highly recommend. I went to another highly-rated auto shop in the area that doesn't specialize in exhaust, and they wanted to charge me over $1k for a full exhaust pipe + muffler replacement. Then I went to Lou's, and in 15 minutes they replaced the section of pipe that was broken for less than 1/10 that cost. I arrived near opening time and still had to wait 2hr, but it definitely paid off.

The guys here at the Roxbury Lou's are the best in New England - Far Better than other Lou's shops - nicer, cheaper, and they do Much Better Work. The other Lou's say "No" to any custom work beyond a simple muffler replacement and try to sell you their cheap house brand mufflers slapped together by some guy in a basement, which they tell you is as good as a Magnaflow or Flowmaster with their million dollar manufacturing and R&D budgets. Right. The Roxbury Lou's is different. The guys are friendly and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect - and they charge less! The do not try to sell you anything. They do the custom work ("Easy, no problem") that the other Lou's can't figure out or just refuse to do. Also, you can be in the garage watching closely if you like. Other Lou's I've had experience with are low IQ loudmouths. They will hit you with a price three times what the Roxbury crew will do up front. Then they'll lower it a bit if you complain - to only twice the Roxbury price, for half the work. At the other Lou's the yahoo front guy and welder do not communicate. Instead of deleting my resonators they started cut off my muffler! I just happened to be standing there and was able to jump in. Idiots.
