Elevator to train was broken making it difficult with luggage and impossible for anyone unable to navigate stairs to get from the parking lot to the RTD train platform.

Good location and cheap parking, but the signage is lacking so it's hard to know where to park. I'm always afraid I might get towed here.

They need to ban cigarette smoking! Once they ban cigarette smoking I will give 5 stars. Officers galore makes me feel safe. RTD superintendents are quick to answer your questions to your satisfaction. The seatings are not comfortable ESPECIALLY when it's cold, but at least it's somewhere to sit until the train comes. The trains are on a schedule of course and they mostly come on time; many times sooner than is scheduled to leave which is awesome. At night though they do not come as frequent so if you miss the train in the evening you have a long wait. The trains have comfortable and clean seatings. It's nice and warm in the winter and nice and air conditioning in the summer. The train ride is smooth and noiseless, I love it! It gets to the stops really quick but you don't feel the quickness, really nice. They do not have much rack to place your luggage in; it's a come first serve first for the rack they do have. They have a section for bikes.
