My husband and I were in town and looking for a good place for drinks and fun. This place took me by surprise and I ended up having one of the best nights I’ve had in a long time. The energy was vibrant and the employees made the experience positive and energetic. The costumer service at the bar was beyond reproach. I couldn’t decide on what to order and the bartender was taking her time to explain the different drinks. The fact that she was willing to explain everything made me feel she generally cared about her job and my overall experience. This place is my new spot when I come to Denver. We cannot wait to come back!

Omg seriously the best haunted house I have been too. Last night was so much fun and scary. I’m going back tonight for round 2. The actors were so creepy and scary and the different rooms looked amazing. ITS A MUST SEE FOR TRUE HAUNTED HOUSE FANS!!!!

I work here and it is such a cool experience!! It feels like I’m working at universal or Disney, the sets or so well done! The music and sound track is amazing! They really put on a show her I suggest coming through.

Went there on Friday & it was super busy. Didn't get in until after 10pm after arriving a lil after 8pm. Lines were so long, no social distance nor many masks being worn. First off, parking is crowded, you gotta pay cash 20 bucks or find yourself a parking somewhere close, there isn't a designated parking for this, it's scattered. Actors costumes were nice, but this wasn't even on "the 13th Floor." Lol. I was expecting a hotel or a building, nope it's more like a warehouse. Wish they would've also given at least, as a minimum 30 sec in between guests. We already know what to expect & won't get scared. I was hoping yo get scared, didn't happen. Not scary at all, but cool props & nice crew. But, it really takes away from the experience standing in line for 2 hours plus literally having ppl in front of you to blow your experience. For all you pay, admission, fast pass, and parking, it should definitely be better.

My 14 year wasn't questioned
We had absolutely no wait, we went straight in even though we still had 25 minutes until our scheduled time for skip the line. (We got our tickets online before we got there).
They are officially open now 10-13-2018. Doors open at 0700p.m. Use this link to buy tickets if you like....https://www.tixr.com/amp/p5b32/9971
No. Once you've paid, there's no refunds due to weather. They have signs all over the facility "No refunds" Sorry!
I'd recommend purchasing online. You can purchase them in person but there is an added 10$ fee. Online allows you to pick a convenient time for your group.
Agreed. The groups get to close together so being scared rarely happens. The place is amazing though.
$20-34 dollars depends on what day you go
