We needed a unit at the last min because we found out we had to move by the 9th of November and it was the 6th. I made a reservation online when I went in I met a very friendly and helpful lady named Stacy she was very patient and explained everything about my unit. I was so happy and it felt really really amazing to get such great service and not be treated like an inconvenience. My hope was restored because on a scale of 1-10, ten being the best Stacy's customer service and positive attitude was a 15 +. Customer service is very important to my wife and I and we will definitely be staying here for a long time so thank you Stacy for making us feel welcome.
