Words cannot describe how amazing this crew is. They took me as a walk in for a blown out tire even tho they were already packed. Ofc i had to wait around a while but every member of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When it was my cars turn to get serviced it was at most like 10 minutes and they did an amazing job. If ur in need of new tires this is the place to go. They also offer veterans discount so thats a plus. I would leave 10 starts if i could.

Sometimes we forget to use our communication skills. I had new tires put on a spotless mustang and all my rims got damage. Instead of talking to Jeff Dorsey, a nice guy, I used the old ‘corporate complaint’ path to resolve the issue. And despite me being a entitled moaner about it Jeff and his skilled team remained friendly, professional and one of Jeffs team ( Hunter , thank you!) resolved my damage to a level that exceeded my expectation. In these aggressive and entitled times lets remember there are real friendly people behind every knee jerk reaction; just doing what they can with the tools provided. My reflection here is to be kinder and less entitled, my thanks go to Jeff and his team not only remediating but exceeding. I highly recommend this location and this team. Thank you.

I came in last week after needing new tires and had a pleasant experience buying four for my car. Then over the weekend, I received a call from the shop stating they gave me the wrong tires and I could come back in to get the ones that I actually paid for in the first place. I definitely appreciate their honesty since I probably would not have noticed they put on the wrong tires in the first place. I’m all for integrity, especially these days.
