Just wanted to say what a great experience I had yesterday. From the get go Robert was there the whole way through, and man what an awesome guy he is! I had just left Crossroads ford with a not so great experience and walking in and talking to Robert completely changed my mood from concerned to nothing but smiles! We had the BEST experience we've ever had buying a car at Capital Mazda of Cary. Our salesman was Geremiah, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was extremely passionate and excited about Mazdas (as are we!) and very knowledgeable of the turbo 3 that we were purchasing. He was able to walk us through all of the details, buttons, and settings of the car and it was a great experience.
