I have mixed feelings about this dealership. We had a few recalls and some warranty work performed on our 2019 odyssey here and some of the workmanship and attention to detail seemed lacking at times. For instance we had our backup camera replaced and the trim piece with the Honda logo was scratched and scuffed around the backup camera, not to mention the trim piece was loose itself. After bringing it to the attention of the service advisor, they did fix the loose trim piece, but the scuffs and scratches are still there. We have also informed the service advisor about a leaking tire which was getting progressively worse during one of the oil changes. They claimed they couldn’t find a leak. Ended up taking it to a local tire shop and they found the leak, however the tire was not repairable due to the location of the puncture. Not to mention the tread was worn out on the tire. This was on the rear set of tires. The front ones had much more tread left. The thing is, we always had the tires rotated at this dealer. I might be over reacting here but I have a feeling they didn’t get rotated when they claimed they were rotated. I would recommend checking all repairs and services before leaving with your vehicle.

Initially called in & spoke to service advisor Stephen W. to get a quote. I like to have confidence upfront of what I will pay in total for desired services. On the service appointment day, Nick B. Was my service advisor. He pulled up the quote, reviewed it with me, and sought confirmation on the scope of work. Throughout the service, he kept me informed. When my vehicle was ready, checkout at the cashier was expedient. I ultimately had a great service experience just like I had on the service before. AutoPark Honda Service Department models consistency in delivering a professional service experience with high quality workmanship. I highly recommend.

I started bringing my Honda here when I found out Todd was the service manager, I knew I trusted them to have my car serviced there. I recently bought tires, oil change, and I had a oil gasket leak. Landon Adams was my service advisor and he did a great job keeping me up to date with the progress. It was fast service, quality job, and I will not take my Honda anywhere else. I highly recommend their service department. Great group of people. When you go to different places and have too many hands dealing with vehicle you never know what service your getting, that’s why I chose to only come here with this Honda I have now. I know my car will be taken care of. They go above and beyond. Thanks guys

Not sure if the elderly couple asked but they had their dog there on leash and well behaved. Did ask what the rules were but they had their dog. Magnificent beast.

Our staff uses disinfectant to wipe down door handles, display screens, key/ignitions, shifters, window/lock buttons, hood releases and steering wheels, along with other possible touch points. All before our staff services your car and again before your car is returned to you. We take the same precautions for test drives. We also have sneeze guards to protect our customers and staff and help to keep social distances.
