I had to get something printed last minute. On the internet it said that it would take almost five hours. I called the store and Walter told me that he could get it done right away. Sure enough, I was able to pick it up about half an hour later. Great customer service. Walter was awesome!

I wasn't gunna leave a bad review until I saw $10 was taken out of my account so an employee could open up internet explorer and then not know what to do.
