Went in for FedEx services as their express pickup was the latest in Cary (6:30), and it was very efficient! The staff, while not “FedEx trained-specific”, as in that’s their only job duty, they are also running the store of Office Depot, was super friendly with the mad rush right before 6:30 and also were so efficient! I now know how I can get a package out without a lot of competition with long FedEx lines, and also maybe even after be at the very busy Crossroads I never make time to come to! Good job staff on 7/18 in the evening! You had a lot going on in a 15-30 minute window near the 6:30 hour and I give you five stars for your service in not letting the rush keep you from helping me get my package out, bec FedEx was there at 6:30 in the dot! And he wasn’t going to wait!
