Instancy provides support for single sign-on and API integration with your existing website so that your learners can access the learning website hosted by Instancy through your existing website they are already familiar with.

You can use the built-in site design app to create one or many learning websites and mobile apps for the user segments that you serve. The system provides a no-code design tool to configure these learning websites and mobile apps with built-in support for workflow automation, website and email notifications, and language translations.

The Learning Management System is one of the sub-systems of the Instancy Learning Platform. Instancy includes the Learning Management System (a suite of learning administrative apps), Learning Experience Platform, or LXP (delivery of blended learning on web and mobile devices) with a Learning Content Management System (LCMS - collaborative web authoring systems for creating large scale content).

Instancy provides connector app (API integration) with Zoom Meeting, Zoom Webinar, GoToMeeting, GoToTraining, WebEx Meeting, WebEx Training. However, you’ll need to establish and pay for your virtual classroom training account separately. The Instancy Learning Platform makes it easy to manage virtual classroom events, related content (eLearning, Assessments), certifications and credits, instructor allocation, study materials, locations, and much more.

Instancy provides a membership subscription management app to help you define multiple membership subscriptions and recurring payment options. Learners can self-register, select membership options, and access a library of courses and other learning resources.

Instancy's plug-and-play modules and apps make it simple for you to add the ‘eCommerce Module’ to your system. You can select from various payment gateways that meet your business needs from authorize.net, PayPal, Stripe, Touchnet, and many others. Instancy Learning Platform is designed to deliver learning programs to both B2B and B2C customers. You can create multiple groups within your learning ecosystem to manage many business clients, or you may create multiple learning sites to manage different customer segments. Each learning site may have a distinct domain name, branding, content, and features.
