Rachelle was an extreme help, we had a large unit and she was kind enough to transfer my wife and I to small unit. She showed us the interior and exterior units and was extremely patient during the whole tour. She understood what we wanted and she helped us find it then did the transfer. You always see her in the property cleaning and picking up after all golf us who rent a unit. She is always concerned about her renters having a happy experience and making sure we are happy every time we go to our unit. Thank you Rachelle

I recently moved over to this Public Storage from a different storage business, and I was so impressed by the professionalism of this facility! Rachelle was so helpful and friendly - I really felt taken care of as a customer. The facility itself is nice and new and high tech in terms of access, I actually love going to this storage facility. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a storage unit!
