Must hike to the bottom about 1/2 mile. From the top. It's worth it! The water is great, cold, clean and fresh.

Beautiful view of the river. Love it! Lot’s of rocks to get to the sand/flat area. Parking lot very close and restrooms.

Nice view of the falls from the lower falls as well with the flow of river water, good maintenance of the place with decent parking lots and rest rooms. Walk to the location to see the falls is not much distance from the parking, you can see the large pipes used to run the turbines can be seen, saw people doing kayaking as well.

Loved it. I usually go a few times a year. I will watch the falls then take the 2 mile or so hike down to the bottom of the falls. Today we ran into a group of local Monks and 2 huge Wasp nest that were vacant.
