Terrible!!! I've been dealing with the SAME issue for MONTHS. And I keep getting bounced around with different ticket numbers while still getting billed for services I cancelled back in JANUARY.

Always takes forever to get in touch with their customer service!! They short staffed and their system is extremely slow beginning of the week very hard to do billing!!. They need to invest and fix these issues!

I am highly disappointed in the customer service I have been receiving. I have been waiting to hear from someone since September 16, almost 30 days now. I would not recommend using this EVV system. I will be ending my subscription and trying another company.

When a caregiver (PCA) who is providing Community Based Supports and is using a family landline to clock in/out what is the phone number that they should be calling?

That depends, because each agency has a different number, to punch in and out of their caregivers. Call your agency and ask what is the phone number they have to punch in and out.
