Another government facility where people do not do there jobs in a timely manner and there is no recourse with them. My package has been sitting there for 5 days with no activity update. If I worked like this I would be fired, why aren't they?

My items are to be delivered on a certain date and when it goes to this location I don't receive it until 3 weeks later. They need to hire better employees.

Most likely it's something you ordered from Ebay or a place that uses a distribution center in same town. They issue a long list of tracking numbers right away. Send them to usps and looks like they have posession of your parcel but don't. USPS sends a truck to pick up a load of parcels and then scan them and thus begins the tracking that they left Bensenville. I've had this happen a few times through ebay and just started using a different seller. Ask your seller if they physically sent your item or use a distribution center

My package just stuck in there from July 22 nd and today is August 7th. I could not even reach them, the automated system is just repeating same thing over and over. Does anyone familiar how to reach the stuff from USPS

I would go into the post office that would be the easiest way to get an answer. Phones should be easier right now however they are not very helpful.

Where is my package.? I live 3 1/2.hours away from this facility. My expected package has been there since October 11 (13 days).

This should mean your package is at the post office location in Bensenville prepping for delivery on the regular route.

I have a package that has been held since August 26th in Bensenville per the tracking number with expected delivery date Sept. 3rd. WHERE IS IT? Many repeat phone calls and no answer. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE! No humans ever answer!
