As far as I know, no. But you can go to the gym and ask Coach Mario, he can answer you better than I can.

Does it matter if you have no experience and what does membership include? I am not looking for a LA Fitness type class. I want to actually learn the mechanics of boxing. It is a sport I have loved since childhood and have always wanted to learn.

No experience necessary. Beginners classes from 5 to 6:30- 7 After that you can continue to train but with less 1 on 1 time with the trainers. You decide how many days a week you come in to train we open Monday- Friday 5pm to 9 pm
