I lived here part time (just weekdays) for 14 months. My opinion is that this is a very good apartment complex. The management was always honest and fair in every interaction. The maintenance staff was very competent with each problem I encountered. The location is very convenient with good restaurants. The minimal down sides were shoplifters and drug users loitering in the area and a handful of annoying tenants.

Overall great community and love the amenities. The apartment layouts are great and modern. Over the last 6-9 months however the level of unsavory bad people has increased significantly making it feel unsafe here all times of day.

I lived in these apartments for 3-1/2 years. The apartment itself was nice and in a good location to I-405, shopping, and Boeing. The amenities are nice when working. The pool area was closed for a remodel for 1-1/2 to 2 years and the elevators go down very frequently. I was a very good tenant and never was late on a payment. When moving out, the folks in the leasing dept. seemed to treat me like a criminal. I am very meticulous and cleaned the unit to a better condition than when my lease began. I still got stuck with parking fees that I had already cancelled a month early. I got charged $166 for painting/cleaning - which I was told I wouldn't have to pay. I guess my point is -- there isn't a fee that you won't get charged for. Disappointing to be made feel that way when you make the effort to reduce turnover time for them.

We toured the complex with Kristin, and she was SO awesome! Walking around with her, you could tell she loved the complex, knew the neighbors, and really encouraged the residents to make their apartments their homes. It's rare to find an apartment complex that values community so highly, and as a couple moving in from out of state, that was a real value add for us. We actually ran into someone during our tour who let her know he was renewing his lease because he enjoyed living there so much. Ultimately we decided on another complex, but it was a tough decision to make - I'm sure we would have loved living here! I highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for an apartment in the area!
