I’ve been looking for a good curly hair stylist for over a decade and finally I found one. Robert is a total pro and was so informative. And his prices were very fair. I will be going to him for my hair for now on.

2 year update: I still go to Rob and he is still the best hair artist I’ve ever known!! He always knows just what I need. He is a great guy and I HIGHLY recommend him, and refer my friends to him too. Original review: Rob was the best! Did such an amazing job on my hair. I will definitely be back and recommend friends to go here as well.

I drove all the way from Redmond, and was denied service for no valid reason. I just wanted my uneven haircut by Rob corrected. This business medically discriminated. Like other reviewers here experienced, Robert Flanagan, butchered my hair and gave me a horrible haircut. He also refused to fix it. In general just a real piece of work. So he butchered my hair last time- the whole right half was almost an inch longer than the left side. When I got the butchering, he decided to charge me the credit card rate instead of cash rate all of a sudden; like I'm too dumb to notice. Still tipped $20 bc he apparently needed it more than I did. This time he denied me service at my appt because, 'his wife is immunocompromised,' and he wanted to know my personal medical status. When I walked upstairs, he was lounging around with no mask on, which the business DOES require. Lol what? Clearly our education system has failed people. You're running around not following your own business' mask policy, but deny me service because you want to invade my personal privacy to allegedly protect your wife. Again, you are not even complying with the fundamental safety measures. The insanity of someone to blame an unvaccinated person for their cluelessness frightens me. Then he tries to start speaking for the entire world because apparently he was nominated Ambassador for 'the whole world's' opinion. That would be like me trying to speak for the whole world saying that they're sick of tyrannical morons. The answer is more humane and grey than these type of absolutes. Generally that's a big red flag that you're talking to someone that's too irrational to even bother using this type of empathetic logic with. This was the case. At least I got some belly-roaring laughs out of it when he tried to tell me he 'fired me.' Haha! What a delusional egomaniac. No, babydoll. You didn't fire me. You discriminated and refused service while non-complying with your own company policies and Deschutes County health recommendations. How irresponsible and unprofessional. Yet, everyone else is responsible for your safety. Lord help us. This is illogic the world is just sick of. Keep revealing yourself. Stay away from my hair, and wallet.
