Heidi and Bailey are next level stylists! If you can get on either of their calendars consider yourself lucky! Plus the salon looks AMAZING!! I saw it a few years back and you wouldn’t recognize it today. It should be in AD Magazine. I wish I could give more stars.

I recommend Bailey & Lemon Drop to all my clients with full confidence! I stopped traveling out of the area when I found her. She truly cares about her clients & staff. I have long thick hair with natural curl. I have had bad experiences with other stylists and it took years to recover… I am extremely selective with who does my hair. Bailey is an artist at her craft.

I’m not sure how this place has this high of a rating. The manager/owner (Bailey) must be getting really good at paying people off. Just sit in the salon and someone is complaining about their hair and Bailey trying to buy them off from saying anything. If you want your hair done right and the way you want, do not go here. These stylists think they can charge hundreds of dollars for very mediocre hair at best. I use to get my hair done for a fraction of the price I payed here (including olaplex might I add at my old hair salon) and people asked me if I was from Cali visiting because apparently a lot of the blonde specialists are that good there and no, that just shows how good stylists can actually be here without having to pay HUNDREDS and that doesn’t include olaplex or having your hair done the way you wanted. Unfortunately, my old stylist moved back to her home state so I tried this place out. BIG MiSTAKE. The owner is thee most unprofessional person and I’ve been getting my hair done for a little over 20 years so I’ve met A TON of people and this owner/manager takes the cake. She’s very good at manipulating situations and saying “Our stylists are exceptionally trained and know exactly what they are doing.” Actually, they aren’t. Bailey is very sneaky about it and let’s YOU think YOU did something wrong and could’ve prevented the situation and let’s you to believe it’s your fault your hair turned out badly. So beware of that. How the stylists do hair is nothing to look twice over. For being downtown and charging big bucks like they do, they are highly not worth it and especially how they treat you. I get asked a ton where I get my hair done since switching salons, I tell them where I go and I say “whatever you do, do not go to Lemon Drop Salon.” And a lot of the stylist I have talked to or random people that have asked me where I get my hair done from now have said “Omg I’ve heard the same things about that place from so many other people. I will definitely not be going there. Thank you for your help. I want your hair so I’m calling your stylist.” If I can help someone save their money, save their hair, save them from having to get it re done and have to pay for it again and the manipulation and putting you down that the owner/manager (Bailey) does, then I will. This is not a good place and not good, sneaky people who will profit off of doing as little as possible with your hair but charging hundredssss and calling it a day. Please, do your research and pick someone in a smaller salon on the outskirts of downtown area. You will be better off! I hope this at least helps one person. 0 stars if I could.

I don’t recommend Hannah for color if you are a natural blond. She produces color that looks awful and her technique is bad, and charges top dollar compared to New York City and and San Francisco prices. I’ve had my hair done for decades by others and so it’s not like I don’t know how it works. And instead of arguing with me about it and refusing to take responsibility, she should go back to the drawing board to either learn from a pro and be mentored until she consistently gets it or not color natural blonds. And while she’s in training, the common practice in the industry is to charge less, not top dollar and to disclose to the client that she is still in training for it and get agreement before starting. Everyone would be a lot happier handling it like this.

Depends on the Stylist. You can see their prices on the website.
Rochelle Heyman... Hands down!
According to their website any specialties, including ombres, are $150 and up, but they're amazing!
Yes, but in my experience it's the same price as adult cuts.
