I would give it no starts if I could. So first off evry time I’d get an alignment I’d have to go back three or four times before my jeep was driving straight, I learned how to align it myself so I didn’t have to deal with that anymore. Then VA annual inspection came due so I bring it in and I anticipated a pass but they hit me on my headlights even though the va codes says sealed led headlights are acceptable as long as “dot” is stamped on it. Then got hit for my door not opening easy (that one I get why I failed) fixed that. Then my seat belt supposedly missing a feature in which the 2000 jeep did not come with the specific feature. So I bring it in again annoyed and sure enough it fails again for the seat belt feature. After showing the state codes on the headlights and adjusting the driver door those passed. After loads of research I found the build from the factory and sure enough there is nothing that says anything about a safety feature. They don’t know anything about older vehicles so be warned your older vehicle will not pass for a feature that was never installed on your vehicle. Not to mention my paint is all greasy now and it won’t come out. It’s pathetic, stick to your local businesses yall
