Pros: -cheaper rent -decently remodeled compared to other places in similar price range in the area - Decently safe area -Parking is usually available Cons: - Cigarette smell / food smell from other units - Poorly insulated - Poor sound proofing - Poor communication with management/ office (hard to get ahold of at times, don’t follow up with you, rush you off the phone. Etc) - Loud neighbors and there are little to no consequences for not following quiet time rules. - Shared laundry facilities were removed for construction without any advance notice

Worst apartment experience ever. Many faults with the room(after construction was “done” still didnt have the bathroom vent working and the door was not painted, not to mention the door itself barely fit in the frame and had just thin boards nailed to the wall to make the frame... very obviously poor construction). , bullied us in to signing a new lease then started construction which has still been ongoing for over a year.. started doing work on the bathroom and said we “could live there but had to be gone from 8-5” everyday for about a week. When we asked for compensation they offered to give us a gym membership to use the showers there. We ended up renting a motel for a week. Construction workers are all shady immigrants who dont care about your privacy, will start work at 7am with jackhammers and lots of noise and be drunk all day. The leasing office is run by some company but owned still through RHA, getting ahold of anyone is a mess. They will give you the run around to say that one person is the manager but still have to email someone else. The list goes on and on of bad management... closed the laundry room which was signed for in the lease with no notice and had it under construction for months, had the ceiling torn out of the downstairs floor with wires exposed and obvious fire hazards, construction workers would constantly set off the fire alarm and started to tape off the detectors to stop it but then would forget to remove the tape at night because theyre all drunk, and also forget to remove the tape from the outside doors and leave it open all night which is a major concern in such a ghetto area. Dont know how this place still has such high reviews, hope I can convince someone to not lease from here... we VERY happy to gtfo.

I've lived here four years and my experience has been nothing but great. Got wonderful apartment managers, who autcally care about any problems and concerns you got. Also their very nice and funny whenever you see them. Also the maintenance is really good about being fast and doing a great job. The apartments in general are not a dump either, they're pretty nice(especially when I've seen worse for more expensive). Of course it sucks you don't have covered parking or your own washer and dryer, but it's low income. If you're looking for something simple and/or to start off of, this would be a good start.

My family's experience with Cedar Park Apts has been outstanding. Steve was our first point of contact. He was patient, knowledgeable and professional. This was so helpful for a couple moving from coast to coast on very short notice. Since we have lived here we have come to know two more integral team members who keep this place running smoothly - Ruth and Michael. Both strive to keep residents happy and handle issues that arise quickly and with a positive attitude. This trio creates a welcoming atmosphere and no matter who is manning the front desk you know you'll get a good chat, a laugh, and your needs met. An outstanding team is not the only plus, the apartment is very affordable, ours was newly renovated, and we have great neighbors. Our neighbors are courteous and friendly. Overall it tends to be pretty quiet in our complex and building, even so far this spring and summer. Did I mention the location is great too? We're just a few miles from beautiful scenery, hiking trails, downtown Renton, the Renton Community Center, an awesome dog park...I'd keep going but there's only so much space here, right? We are happy here.

Not really sure
That is a very good start and I'm from Washington but I lived by Lexington TENNESSEE IN A VERY SMALL TOWN FOR 6 YEARS ABOUT 8 YEARS AGO. YOU WILL LOVE IT HERE. Some places you need to have first last and deposit to get into an apartment or a house. Sometimes they'll work with you on last month's rent or the deposit and some apartments have specials where first month's rent is like $100. So if this one doesn't have that just know you can look around and ask about that on the phone. Also you usually need a credit score with no evictions and no foreclosures foreclosures are better a foreclosure is better than an eviction. They want you to make 3 times the rent for your income. And it credit score close to 600. You can ask each one what day wants for a minimum credit score. I want your paycheck stubs like the last couple but every apartment complexes different here so the best thing to do is call and ask what you need to bring in and what are the requirements to getting an apartment.
I would not move back there if you paid me laugh out loud
Get the hotel.
