I am writing in regards to extend my concern regarding my tenancy at 15217 NE 16th PL (Apt #32) Bellevue, WA 98007. I moved into Central Park East Apartments in unit 15217 NE 16th PL (Apt #32) Bellevue, WA 98007 on July 9th, 2022. Over the past three weeks I have become increasingly aware of several major safety concerns regarding the entry points to the building, improperly functioning safety/fire lights, signs and placards within the building, unsanitary conditions, and physical safety concerns. There are several entry doors within the building (side entry doors) that have been repeatedly left ajar by tenants obstructing both the locking mechanism and rocks left on the corner of the door plate. This ablates insurance that all the entryways to the building are secure and only accessible by tenants. This has been a daily occurrence. As of this morning (August 1st, 2022), two of the entryways were still left ajar. There has also been an increase in foot traffic within the building during the past two weeks. There have been numerous occasions when emergency stairwell lights have been either broken or not properly functioning. The emergency exit sign nearest to our unit was broken and the placard was not properly in place for two weeks. It was not until yesterday that this was readdressed by my partner and was fixed. I would also like to address that I have witnessed two people urinating within the building. One in the common stairwell and one urinating out the second story hallway window where they were smoking and consuming an alcoholic beverage which they threw out of the window. Yesterday (July 31st, 2022), I witnessed a person in the building who lifted their shirt revealing a firearm. I was extremely upset and disturbed by this incident as it is a major safety concern. I am going through the process of reporting these concerns to Greystar Management. Due to safety concerns, I will also be contacting the proper channels in King County to file a complaint. I respectfully and kindly ask that this be promptly addressed, as I currently do not feel safe at Central Park East Apartments, and this has caused great distress for both myself and my partner. They lie about theirs upgrades!!! The neighbors keep their trash in the hallways so imagine that! Management isn’t fair and they very disrespectful when on the phone. They complain about me burning incense when I’m praying. I don’t smoke but they already started coming at me accusing me about smoke Smells . I leave my studio @5:30 badly come back home until 11 pm but they still managed to accused me because I’m black ! I travel to Philadelphia for funeral and they send me notice about smoke small coming from my studio lol . I feel like I’m in a tight little prison. My studio look just lake a jail . No stove , hot water only runs for 1 minutes 46 seconds ,.. I probably will rate this negative zero ! Don’t trust them

I would give a zero rating if there was any .The management is so unprofessional and rude. We went to see the apartment and they showed us the model .Upon asking questions we only got one word answers which we found very disrespectful.She was least interested in showing us the place . If you are in the hospitality sector your attitude matters a lot . Anyways ,it was big waste of time for us .

Great community. The community manager listens to the resident problems and provides solutions fast. The crew is courteous and do their best to improve the residents experience. Overall a great place for kids and families. I would recommend the community for others.
