We moved and had a hooked up on the 9th of the month and now three months later and a number of phone calls I still have not received my bill if it's going to be 1000s of dollars I'm not paying all at once i can't afford it I don't know what is going on I should not have to beg for a bill !

That address is correct for the Elmira division.
Hey Rita. You need to look at your bill from month to month. It should be printed on the bill. Be sure the utility is listed in your name and address. If you are not getting it then call NYSEG and ask them.
There is no walk-in service. NYSEG is still operating in the COVID-19 time warp this week.
