Seems customer service is a dying art now a days but WOW not at the TSA office on Fowler - where customer service is alive and well. Truly above and beyond great staff. My husband and I arrived on Monday as a walk in and was advised by "Bill" at the front desk, better to call in next day to find better walk in time. He was beyond helpful with more than a smile on his face, just very professional and friendly. We did call and arrived the next day on the suggested walk in time. We were called in less than 40 minutes to yet another great person; Ray, who was also very nice, friendly, professional with a smile on her face. Bill and Ray spent a couple of minutes with us answering a few more questions we had before we left. GREAT PEOPLE. We didn't expect such a great service. Kudos to TSA Department for hiring such great people.

The process of getting your bags inspected is so confusing, it’s like a freaking maze. I ended up at pre-check which advises you not to take your shoes off and was told that I didn’t need to be there and was sent over to the regular inspection process and was met by a not too friendly older gentleman who scanned my ticket and looked at my ID. I then went over and was told by a Latin gentleman that I needed to take my shoes off which were sandals and I said ok but explained that the reason I didn’t take them off is because of the sign I saw; this young man advised that the sign did not say that so instead of going back and forth with the child in a young mans body I told him whatever you say. It’s so sad that you do not know what the signs say at your job which is a very important one I might add. Better customer service would be nice.
