They initially state the $169.00 diagnostic fee will be waived and you have them complete the repair. That is a lie and a flat scam. Once they have completed the repair the change the name of that $169.00 fee to labor. I told the technician I likely had a frozen freezer drain line. He confirmed within 5 minutes of being on site. He repaired the drain line in 15 minutes. Total was over $220 plus tax. The technician stated they never waive the diagnostic fee and customer service states it’s technically a labor charge. SCAM
