I have used Sears Appliance Repair many times for refrigerator , washer and dishwasher. All of their repair men have always been experts at the appliance they have come to fix, have fixed the appliance and have been very nice. Particularly like Hank and Bruce.

I was called that water was coming from the washer is was not it was ,actually a bad water valve leaking the tech found it right away and called me.saving a lot of time

Sears Tech was professional, on time and fixed issue at hand. However, I was not aware that he left the part that was not working. I was not aware if I needed to tell him to take with him to dispose of it. Tech did not inform me if he could take the part or dispose of it separately.

At the first visit we were charged $383 when some parts were ordered, but no repairs were done. At the second visit when a second technician came to change the part the unit was working normal. The service was canceled without any repair, and the technician took all the parts with him. It had been more than a month we did not get the money back. Every time (3-4 times), I called they gave me runaround and then gave me an email address with no respond. Very bad customer service. If they had zero star I would chosen that. Very bad experience.
