I'm seriously torn with this review but I'll be honest. I've been a customer of SAW since 2009 and have never really been disappointed, but there were some moments during this past trip that really tested my patience. The grounds are beautiful and the beach access is superb, but my unit this time around was a little dated and somewhat dusty. Also, the internet and cable were intermittent at times, but that's trivial. My complaints are with the guests. I don't know what's changed but this was an entirely group of guests this time around and A LOT louder. Not only did the guests below us blast Salsa music or some other similar music at just about all times of day and night, but it was loud....loud. People on the mainland probably heard it. Not only that but the pool had extremely loud and rowdy people well past 2-3am, which is long past the beginning of quiet hours. We even had to call the Sanibel Police one night to have them quiet it down. Again, I don't know what's changed but it's certainly not for the better, in my opinion. And, again, my honest opinion here, I think the removal of the Sanibel tolls have allowed a completely different crowd to come & go. I will definitely be back to Sanibel, likely in just a few months for Xmas, but I can't say whether SAW will get my business or not.

Rooms were clean and very family friendly with great staff. Have a pool on site as well as chairs for the beach. Books, games and tv's available in room as well as kitchen and washer and dryer. Short walk to beach and short drive to restaurants.
