When I called to set up electricity...and finally got through...since there was no way to do so online... I set up autopay with the representative. Or so I thought. It didn't go through on their end. They sent us no notices by email or mail. And we got slammed with fees. And they disconnected our service with no warning. And would not refund the fees. AES is a centralized monopoly which doesn't care about its customers. I wish Nicola Tesla's free, clean, and abundant energy wasn't suppressed.

What's going on here? Last year this time we used a 1/4 more electricity than this year's use. This year though, using that 1/4 less, we are charged $50.00. more on our bill. We are officially over $300.00. for an electric bill. Mind you... This even after replacing every single light bulb on the property, inside and out, with LED bulbs. Minus the attic which has yet to be switched on in the 23 years since building our home. Way to go IPL/AES. Way to stick it to your customers!

Sending a huge thanks, to the Indy Power and light, team, for the incredibly job they did replacing the blazing transformer near 79th street. The weather provided the worse rain and wind conditions ever! I anticipated a much longer wait. But everything was up and running in such a reasonable time. Hats off to you!

Power went out yesterday afternoon and I immediately phoned AES IN., and within a few hours the power was restored. Cudos to the Troubleman for restoring our power! Very hot with with 100°F and high humidity.
