Windows are the last project on my list for my 100 year old house. Met with Jamie Calhoun for a no pressure sales quote. The product sales itself… and has an all inclusive warranty! Looking forward to getting them installed. I’ll post back after that experience!

Their accounting department is incompetent, and their customer service is horrendous. We had windows and a storm door installed in June 2021. Everything was fine until June 2022 when I got a text confirming my appointment. I had not been in contact with Champion for almost a year. After contacting the office and informing them that I did not make an appointment, I received another text and email again confirming my appointment as well as regarding an outstanding balance. Turns out, the original billing done for the intial work done over a year ago was incorrectly completed by their staff. They have admitted to this being an error on their part. They were trying to re-do a job that had been completed a year ago, as well as bill for the materials. So now, a year and a half later, we're being threatened with being sent to collections due to nonpayment of a bill that we never receieved. We have attempted to work with them and requested that this charge combined with the original contact, as we thought it had been all along. However, Champion is unwilling to make this happen. Their only solution offered is to open a new financing account to combine the previous window account, along with the outstanding balance or just open a new account for the outstanding amount (which would now give me two monthly payments). Either way, my credit score is negatively impacted due to their error. Again, the error is 100% on their staff, however I am the one being penalized.

I did warranty work for one week, was supposed to be ongoing but havent heard anything from anyone. I have done all i can do on my end.
