Some very friendly and nice staff for the most part, particularly some of the CNAs. Seems to be quite understaffed and unorganized in some areas. Encountered a few workers who were not diligent about wearing masks. Need to constantly stay on top of anything medical related. Had my loved one in a bed with no rails despite he was a fall risk and we had to follow up a few times. Food preparation always looked good.

Both my parents were admitted to Autumn Care in Aug2020 at the height of the pandemic. Of course no visitation was allowed. The staff both nursing & administrators were amazing. They were responsive, caring, kind & professional. I had a lot of guilt about placing my parents there but I was reassured on a daily basis they were receiving top notch care. My dad recently passed this month and the staff was so kind and caring. My dad loved the care team there and they responded to him in kind. I knew that although I couldn’t be there physically to help care for them, I knew every night that I laid my head down that they were in a safe place being cared for by kind committed folks. Now my mom is there on her own, she was able to share a room with my dad and I believed that help him make his transition more peaceful. Thank you to all of you at Autumn Care for loving my parents, Anna & Charles. I appreciate all you have done for them.

I’d give ZERO if I could. They almost killed my Aunt. She suffered an “UNWITNESSED FALL” …I was never contacted by anyone at Autumn Care about the fall. She was in there for rehab following a catastrophic stroke, 2 weeks prior. The Doctor never sent her for a CT SCAN. I pitched a fit with Joe the administrator & the Doctor….6 days later they sent her for a ct scan. I called the next day to see what the status was only to find out she hadn’t returned. I found her in the ICU at Grand Strand hospital in Myrtle Beach with a brain bleed! This happened in Feb & she still hasn’t recovered from the damage that unwitnessed fall caused, in their care! DO NOT ENTRUST your loved one to Autumn Care!
