My experience and subsequent move in to the Cortland Whitehall community almost could not have gone better! I did experience an issue with the original unit I had liked and began to move forward on the leasing process with which was unfortunate. This issue was what seemed to me a computer error as both the agent and I were equally confused. I elected to lease a different unit because of this. my "second choice" of sorts The above mentioned issue was the only problem and or real hiccup I can say I experienced in the entire process from first contact to move in day! Every other step of the way were about as seamless and straightforward as you could expect from such a process and Kevin was the perfect person to guide me through it all. Kevin made everything easy always making sure to explain the process along the way, things he had been or would be doing, along with what I could do to expedite and or make the whole process go as smoothly as possible. The apartment and community itself is quite nice, I've been in my unit for about a month now and have very much enjoyed every bit of it from the appliances, countertop, electronic unit entry lockset, to the easily accessible and secure mail/package area! The gym/fitness area is better than expected as well. Overall I am very excited to continue experiencing everything the community has to offer. (including the golf simulator one of these days)

I absolutely love Cortland Whitehall. Kevin is amazing!! From the moment I reached out about signing a lease to move-in day he extremely helpful and responsive. He went above and beyond to make sure that my move-in went smoothly and I appreciate his assistance so much! The apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious. The property is peaceful and well taken care of. We are in a great location close to everything we need! I'm so glad that I can call this place home!

Today I stopped by and talked to Anthony, who was super nice and very professional. He answered all of my questions with a lot of confidence and he gave a great tour of the property which I LOVE and I was super impressed with the lay out of the apartment he gave me a tour of. The amenities are by far some of the best I've seen in Charlotte and the prices are very reasonable. I'm looking forward to this being my future home whenever there is availability.

I haven’t even moved in yet and I’m in love with this place! (Locked in my move in date at the end of July) From the amenities to the great location, this place has left me speechless. The leasing office is beautiful and the staff members were wonderful! I walked into this place just thinking this was going to be like every other apartment complex in the area but they weren’t and I’m glad! Most of the other apartment complexes had that stupid contract with Spectrum and that was a major deal breaker for me. I have direct tv and for what I pay monthly, along with it being bundled with my wireless account I didn’t want to give that up. The kitchen within the apartment is beyond belief gorgeous and spacious! Hardwood floors in some units, carpet in others that way you can literally find what style works for you. Bluetooth speakers built into the living room walls (its included in every unit at no extra charge it’s a standard feature), washer and dryers as well, and some units have the “smart package” which has an added nest thermostat (and probably other things I wasn’t paying attention to. More than likely it was due to me still being in shock lol). I was shocked that a double vanity sink was included in the bathroom and last but not least (drum roll please) the tub size👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. Being 6’2” and working two jobs while going to school, I deserve a tub large enough to soak in and run a bubble bath after a long day, and I found it! I seriously fell in love with this place when I walked through the club house and fitness center (both are 24/7 btw, goodbye planet fitness 🙋🏽‍♀️). I’m sorry everyone, you just really have to stop by and see everything for yourself because I will seriously write a book on here as you can see.
