I moved into this location last month and I absolutely love it. Keyna has ensured that my transition into the neighborhood has been seamless. She has contacted me to see how I was doing with the move in. When I turned in my walk through paperwork a member of maintenance was sent over and the work was completed the same day. Any work that could not be completed that very day was finished the very next day. 10/10 I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful community, very clean, the girls in the office were kind when I came in with my nephew. The location is great. Their pool area is one of the best I’ve seen around!

Whitehall Parc is an excellent place to live!!! With an accommodating staff & I can't say enough good things about it!!! I'd reccomend it to anyone & it's a place that I'm proud to call home!!!

I have been living here for two years and the management is terrible. The staff in the office are rude and unprofessional. They charge for valet trash , but will barely take your trash. They makeup excuses of why they couldn’t take your trash and still charge you for the service.The apartments are overpriced for thin walls, leaks, bug infestation, and a small living space. Your unable to use any of the amenities. The maintenance team is not great and they will send reports for apartment maintenance but will not perform any maintenance on the apartment. The staff have entered in our apartment before for no reason and didn’t inform us. So don’t keep any valuables or important documents out when not present in the apartment because you never know what they could be doing in the apartment. The overall value of the apartment complex has went down tremendously since moving here ,but the price of living still escalates. There is no form of community and the people that live around you barely speak. Don’t move here! There are way better apartments for the price and staff that care about the residents that live here.
