The good: apartments are located on a nice area surrounded by everything you need, safe area and lots of things to do around the complex However we are paying for amenities we are not able to use and the timing for the upgrades could not be worse. Pool is closed for an unknown period of time and the fitness center is closed too!! Maybe we get the amenities fee voided until we can use all the “amenities”.

Great location and place to live!!! I moved here through the recommendation of a friend residing here. The whole staff is super accommodating, supportive, always friendly and make the place feel like home. The maintenance team is typically quick in responding to issues and they are very respectful and personable. The events at Rock Creek have allowed me to meet other residents. I feel like the money I pay goes to more than just "rent," it goes to the over all experience here. Rock Creek is where I plan to stay!

Absolutely the second worst place I ever lived. Dishwasher that never worked, garbage disposal that worked occasionally, washing machine that was an absolute nightmare, and finally the Black Mold constantly made me sick. Now I put in work orders for all the above more than once on all of them. But the incompetent staff didn't know what they were doing, and the first time I had an issue with the black mold it took them over 6 weeks to even address the problem and when I complained they were absolutely rude to me like it was my fault and I had to keep my mouth shut so I wouldn't get evicted. I sealed off the master bedroom closet for the last year I lived there I couldn't even use it because of the mold issue. And even though I was going to move they still had the nerve to want to raise my rent another $250 a month! This is a horrible company and these are horrible people. Good riddance. Now they'll respond "under new management" blah, blah, blah. If you look at other complexes they all say the same thing, "under new management". And since a few people own 90% of the apartments kind of makes you wonder if you don't believe me look this company up. Rent Control Now.... See I told you how they would respond...

Hands down, best place to live in Charlotte. Camila, Olga, Kara and Gabrielle, truly make it feel like a home. Rock Creek has been absolutely wonderful. We honestly couldn't be happier and are so grateful for everything that the staff (office and maintenance) does on a regular basis to make this such a great place to live. Highly recommend it!
