What a great residential community and in the most perfect spot of Charlotte!! The views are spectacular, the traffic is minimal and all the staff are graciously kind! If you have a dog, this is the place for you as the amenities for our furry companions are nothing but stellar!!

This apartment is lovely and cosy. They have wonderful facilities eg swimming pool, gym, co working common room, court yards and dog enclosure for dogs to have fun. Highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Savoy is great! Amazing amenities and conveniently located downtown near everything. The community is very clean and well kept. All of our wonderful staff managers and maintenance are helpful and kind. Parking for guests can be difficult unless the office is open to give you a guest parking pass. Otherwise no complaints here!

I've really enjoyed my living experience at Savoy! Rent is a little pricey but the amenities are fantastic and the property is kept in really good shape. Love the layout and space of our apartment -- plenty of storage and living areas! I would not move to another apartment complex in Uptown / South End. Only downside is the high way; building is constructed fairly well but only so much noise can be blocked. Would like to be able to use the balcony more but it's usually just too loud.
